With a focus on sustainability, climate adaptation, and biodiversity, apples, pears, plums, and cherries are grown, while tomatoes and much more thrives in the greenhouses. The store offers goods not only from their own farm but also from other local producers. During the winter months, there's a self-service booth selling, among other things, juice and cider.

Here, you will find the famous cold-pressed rapeseed oil and a wide range of flavoured varieties, as well as flaxseed oil, linseed oil, jam, muesli, vinegar, mustard, spices, honey and eggs. There is also a café and frequent events and tours, often with a focus on children. The knowledgeable staff are happy to share tips and suggestions about the products and their use.

Hemdala Farm Shop not only offers a wide selection of vegetables from its own farm but also strives to provide the best from local producers. There is honey from Vallby, flour from Onslunda , Kåseberga cucumbers, Orelund strawberries, and much more including meat, juice, and jam. By focusing on locally sourced products, they promote sustainability and help preserve Österlen's food and farming traditions

At Olaols Gelato, near Gladsax, handcrafted Italian gelato is made from organic and local ingredients, many sourced from their own farm and orchards. The café offers indoor and outdoor seating where visitors can enjoy gelato, savory waffles, and more. Their homemade ceramics and other crafts from Österlen are also available for sale.
