An event is an arrangement or activity that is initially open to everyone.

The event must take place in the municipality of Ystad, Simrishamn or Tomelilla.

The event must be of interest to visitors and the public.

The event can be published by both commercial and non-profit organizers.

The event must occur during a temporary time interval with a date and time. A business's opening hours should not be published in the calendar, but preferably a temporary exhibition.

The event must be clearly distinct from the organizer's day-to-day operations. A restaurant that offers a New Year's menu should not be published in the calendar, but preferably an arranged drink tasting or concert.

The event must not be of a training or exercise nature. For example, exercise loops, smaller local matches, training sessions, yoga or meditation.

The event must not contain political or religious messages, violate laws or otherwise be inappropriate.

The event must not discriminate or be perceived as offensive to individuals or groups.

The event must be accessible to everyone and not exclude anyone because of gender, ethnicity, religion, disability, sexual orientation or age. The exception is the age limit for children.

The event must not be municipally arranged service and information meetings or association meetings, annual meetings, courses and general education.

The organizer is responsible for the event's information being correct and that the event's image is not used without permission.

The municipalities of Ystad, Simrishamn and Tomelilla reserve the right to make any corrections or adjustments in the organizer's text.
