The Wizard of Oz

Welcome to a fairytale world and into the magical show The Wizard of Oz.
We set off together on an adventure about friendship, community and finding home. On stage you will see 25 children aged 8-14.

But why should you watch The Wizard of Oz? Here are a few words from this year's director.
To believe in one's own ability. Find yourself. Who am I? Does it have to be the way it's always been? These are central themes in this year's show - The Wizard of OZ - which are also central themes in our association Scen Österlen. In addition to developing a playful and colorful show where anything can happen, we constantly work to strengthen the children's self-esteem and personal development.
Maybe I'm like the scarecrow and can learn more than I think. Maybe I'm like the lion and dare more than I realize or maybe I'm like Dorothy and can get where I want to go on my own even though it seemed impossible.
In this year's performance among unique little boys, brave cowards and heartless but emotional tin men, we celebrate diversity, being allowed to be who you want and believing in yourself.
