Do you dream of becoming self-sufficient in vegetables? Are you curious about starting to grow? Or are you thinking about how you can develop your farms? Regardless, you are most welcome to attend this free lecture!During the lecture, you will have the opportunity to learn about different ways of growing vegetables and flowers, from easy-care cultivation for the comfortable, to intensive systems for those who want to maximize their harvest. Growing your own has many advantages - you get good and tasty vegetables on the dinner table, favor pollinators and reduce your climate footprint.

Lecturer is Cecilia Ward, who runs the co-op farming Landet Oss greater interest in sustainable and local food systems. Landet Oss started as an urban farm but moved five years ago to a smaller farm just outside Höör. On the farm, a variety of vegetables and flowers are grown in a so-called market gardening system.
