MTB SCHOOL on the sports holiday!

This day, Friday, is perfect for the adult (grandmother, father, aunt, etc.) who wants to learn something new together with "their" child. As an adult, you can be a complete beginner and do not need to bring either a bike or a helmet (they are provided on site). But as a child, it's good if you already have your own bike and bring it along.

It will be playful training in basic technique in Jordnära's skill park. Helena is a trained mountain bike instructor and develops her students through joy.

Mountain biking is about joy and having fun together. To be able to have real fun on your bike, you need to feel safe and feel that you can cope with various challenges that appear in front of you.

Wednesday is for age group 12-14 years at: 10:00-12:00 cost SEK 200

Thursday is for age group 10-12 years at: 10:00-12:00 cost SEK 200

Friday is for FAMILY = Adults with children, age 10-14 years. Children free, adults SEK 650 incl. bike & helmet. at: 13:00-15:00, then After Bike at Grisen & Draken
