Alba Mogensen at the Litteraturscenen

The author and journalist Alba Mogensen debuted in 2019 with the book Hon den roliga. This year saw the release of her second book, An engaged time, a novel about the fact that perhaps there are no truths, only experiences.

Hannah and Louise's mother is dead, and Louise is expecting a child. The future has never been as present as it is now. But Hannah can't stop thinking back to that last year, the year before everything happened, before the family broke up. The year they still rode their bikes to the quarry, grew up, fell in love and then weren't in love anymore. When it was still an engaged time.

Now Alba Mogensen visits Ystad's city library to talk about her new book and her writing.
